Short-term lets | What are they and how do they benefit tenants?

A short-term let can offer a flexible solution for those looking for the convenience of a short stay with the comfort of a home.

Short let properties are offered for six weeks to six months and are presented as furnished homes. The cost of renting a short let property is often equivalent to that of a hotel, but short let tenants benefit from a real sense of home and their very own slice of Surrey.
1.       What type of homes are available for short let?

There really is something for everyone.

We have a range of properties available for a short-term solution, from apartments on the Surrey/London border to grand private estates in the country.

2.       What are the benefits to a tenant?

Short lets provide tenants with a home away from home. One can strike a perfect balance between the home comforts of your own place and the flexibility of a hotel.

3.       How long can I rent for?

Anything up to six months is considered a short let, so we can help whatever you time frames.

4.       Are the properties fully furnished?

More often than not properties are fully furnished however we do also have a selection of unfurnished properties for those tenants who are looking to bring their own furniture or wish to rent furniture fitting their style.

5.       Can my tenancy be extended?

When you first commit to a short let you will do so for a fixed period of time, meaning that there is a confirmed start and end date. Should your plans change, we can negotiate with the landlord on your behalf to agree a further fixed term if the property is available for your preferred date. If you wish to extend we would encourage you to speak to us as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
